• Emergency School Contact Drill: Gorman will have an emergency contact drill this afternoon around 4:00 p.m.  At that time, parents and guardians will receive a recorded message from the principal on their submitted cell phone numbers.  Parents or guardians who do not get a recorded message should contact the school or submit to Michael Broaddus (mbroaddus@tkgorman.net) their new or revised cell phone numbers.

• Early Release: At 12:20 p.m. tomorrow, for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
• No Classes: No classes on Friday, October 3, 2008, for Parent-Teacher Conferences.
• First Six Weeks Report Cards: Mailed this Friday from the school.
• Holy Family Library New Arrivals:  The Holy Family has just added 140 new fiction and non-fiction titles to the library collections.  They are being displayed in the new arrivals area and are ready for circulation. See attachment for comprehensive listing.  To recommend a library resource item, please send request to Mrs. Wellmon with title, author, ISBN and other useful information.
• New Accelerated Reader Quizes:  The Library has recently added 53 new AR quizzes to its reading program. See attached for the list of titles.
