The Super Seventh Grade Readers!

For the first time in the AR history, the 7th graders are the leaders in the Class Challenge competition by earning the most points. So far they have earned over 4528 combined points. In addition, they also dominate the qualified readers list for the Bowling and Lunch Party by taking 9 out of the 24 spots. Their next goal will be to make it to the 5000-point level for a class trip to the TJC Hudnall Planetarium. See attachments for details on the Bowling Party and Update.

Third AR Store Thanks

Many thanks to Tammy Michaelsen for a fabulous AR Store! Special thanks also to everyone who donated to or helped with the store to make it a success! Our readers enjoyed a wonderful money free shopping time and are looking forward to the final store in May when they need to use up all AR points of the current season.

• 8th grade Pizza Lunch: April 2008 before class trip, exact date to be announced
• End of AR Season: May 15, 2008
• Final AR Store: May 19 & 20, 2008. We shall need new gift items and also helpers to run the store. For details, please contact store coordinator Diana Jones or librarian Chi-Shim Wellmon.
