The Housing application at University of Texas at Austin opens October 1st.  Housing assignments are processed on a first come first serve basis once someone is admitted to the university.  It is a good idea to secure your housing application even though you have not yet applied to the university if you have a strong desire to attend UT.  You will need a UTEID and a credit card to apply.
